Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse the store, select your items, choose your size or options, and add them to your basket. General items can be purchased directly with a credit card at checkout. For department or bulk orders, a purchase order (PO) is required — visit our Department Ordering Guidelines for step-by-step instructions.

Can I pay with a purchase order or p-card?

A purchase order (PO) is the preferred payment method for department and bulk orders. P-cards are also accepted. General store items can be purchased with a credit card. If you need help generating a PO, follow the instructions in the Service-Now knowledge article "How to Create a Supply/Goods and Service Requisition" in Workday (Endeavor Health network login required).

Can I order items in bulk for events or departments?

Yes — visit our Department Orders section for pre-approved items available for bulk ordering. Minimum quantities apply and are listed on each product page. Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from PO submission to delivery, with complimentary setup included. For custom items not currently on the site, Brand Team approval is required prior to production.

Are mockups or proofs available before ordering?

Items currently listed on the site have pre-approved layouts — no proof is required. For new or custom items not available on the site, mockups and proofs will be prepared before production begins.

What if an item I need isn't listed on the site?

We'd love to hear your suggestions! Custom requests require Brand Team approval prior to production. Contact us to get started or to share your ideas.

Shipping & Delivery

Where can I ship my order?

Orders can be shipped to any valid street address. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are collected every Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Please allow approximately 10–12 business days for delivery after the weekly cut-off. Additional time may be required for Cutter & Buck products. Items in our Ready to Ship section are available in inventory and typically ship faster.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you will receive tracking information automatically when your shipping label is created and again once your package has been delivered. You can also sign in to your account to check your order status at any time.

Returns & Issues

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damaged or defective items. Please review your size and selections carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price.

I received the wrong item or something is damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
