Important Notes
Please review before submitting your order:
- Personalization on wardrobe items is offered on a limited basis and must meet brand guidelines.
- Seasonal or celebration exceptions require approval by the Endeavor Health System Operations Council.
- Team names must reflect Endeavor Health system names, not individual departments.
- The Brand Team will review and approve all artwork before bulk orders are produced and fulfilled.
